The first episode deal with bulding a digital business from the point. Where we got to understand Human Centered Design whic where steps as Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype and then Feedback. For the business we understood how to use The Business Model Canvas as to know key partners, Key activities, Key resouces, Value propositions, Customer relationship, Channels, Customer segments, Cost structure and Revenue streams.
